Testimonials and Reviews
Sasha is the ultimate hostess - whether it is on a yoga retreat or with her full attention to the yogis in class. She has mastered the art of the details. She is positive and supportive in every way along with a bunch of fun!
— Katy Tychsen
I have attended two of Sasha's yoga retreats and I loved them both. Sasha is an encouraging and active yoga instructor, a wonderful cook, and an amazing hostess. The retreat is a time to reconnect with your body, your mind and your purpose. It's also a time for connection with other women, and growth in your practice. Sasha's retreat is an enriching and healthy way to relax, grow, connect, or look inward. Highly recommended for its content and its incredible value!

Jamie is by far my favorite instructor! Throughout class she provides great modifications and feedback for all experience levels, and is always very thorough when explaining safe and proper form.
— Becca Neblock
Jamie is top notch. You'll feel like a relaxed mush by the end of class and still feel like you got a good workout.
It's always a huge advantage when you can find an instructor that is also an athlete and has the experience Jamie draws from.

Sasha took her very first yoga class over 20 years ago. She loves reflecting on how her practice has evolved since then and even more so after her teacher training in 2010. Her life mantra is “balance, balance, balance” and this is something she believes goes beyond yoga ~ it can be applied in every aspect of one's life. Sasha wants to share her inspiration to find balance in her own life through yoga. She has a lifelong passion for traveling, adventures, dancing, good food, and all things active. She enjoys sharing the balance of her high energy and calming nature with her yoga students. Sasha lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her husband, two boys & pup, Nellie. Jamie has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and teaching for 8 years. She found the healing aspects of yoga for neck pain following her 2nd marathon. Yoga has allowed her to feel the connection of body, mind, soul and tap into the present energy as we become aware. Her love of movement has given her a means to connect energetically to other humans, holding space to allow each person to connect with their body and movement far beyond what they thought possible. Yoga, for her, allows strength through length (flexibility)…a lesson she carries into so many areas of life. Jamie lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her three kids.
